Director of Development

The Director of Development drives the work of building philanthropic support for the mission of the Women’s Funding Alliance. This position plays the lead role in planning and executing a successful fundraising program including special events, major gift cultivation and solicitation, annual funding, planned giving and more. The fundraising program will position the organization for future growth, success and long-term sustainability as we build out our Initiatives and increase our impact in Washington State. Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator supports the organization’s core office functions and key program, fundraising and communications activities. This role interfaces with Women’s Funding Alliance’s entire staff team, as well as our volunteers, partners, and vendors.  The position requires proactive and effective communication and planning, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills. Development Coordinator

The Development Coordinator is responsible for the operational functions of the Development Department. This role requires excellent project management and organizational skills, good communication, and a customer service orientation. The Development Coordinator will provide key support for efforts to build philanthropic support of our mission, expand our donor base, and position the organization for future growth, success and long-term sustainability. This position is responsible for maintaining, implementing and/or supporting development systems that will enable the entire development team to perform with greater efficiency and accountability. Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator will support the operational functions of Women’s Funding Alliance programs. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the program team and staff across the organization.
