Program and Policy Manager, Economic Opportunity
The Program and Policy Manager will oversee Women’s Funding Alliance’s initiatives that increase economic opportunity for women and girls in Washington State. S/he will play an integral role in building, implementing and evaluating every aspect of our work to advance strategic goals for the year 2020. The three key areas of this work are: girls in STEM, gender wage gap, women’s financial stability. The Program and Policy Manager uses a broad range of methods to advance our work – we believe this combination is essential to achieve our goals. S/he assembles and analyzes data and trends and helps women and girls tell their stories. S/he will coordinate opportunities that bring key players (program providers, policy makers and funders) together to learn about and advance practices and policies. S/he will manage grant investments in successful or promising programs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a visionary person with experience creating, managing and driving high impact programs forward. Learn more.
